Life happens sometimes. I understand! That’s why I allow one late cancellation at no charge and there after you have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment .

If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window, there will be a $25 charge added to your next appointment. This is to ensure I honor my time for the time that was blocked out for your appointment. I appreciate your understanding with this.

If you are going to be running late please let me know by texting. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule. 15 minutes only applies to services 45 minutes or above anything less you have 10 minutes to run late.

If you’re going to be more than the 10/15 minutes late it will count as a cancellation and you will be charged a $25 fee at the next appointment.

If you do not show for your appointment half of the appointment will be charged upon your next visit.

Other situations that may fall under this category are listed below but are not limited to the above or the following. The following examples are provided for your convenience.

  1. I scheduled a color and cut but now I only need a cut
  2. I scheduled for a balayage service but have decided I only want to do a color
  3. I’m going to be more than 15 minutes late

My studio and the building are not kid friendly. If you have to bring your child make sure they have something to occupy their time. If they can’t sit still for long periods of time then I would recommend you find a babysitter or reschedule.

If you do bring your child be sure to clean and tidy before you leave. If I have to clean up food and trash you will be charged and that goes for if they break anything as well.
